Responsibilities	:	To perform telemarketing activities such as cross selling all banking products and campaigns to generate leads in order to meet business goals. To convert any incoming inquiries via call centre to potential sales leads. To provide workable resolution to customers' enquiries. To liaise with inter-departments and branches on customers' enquiries. To assist Team Leader or Unit Head on any ad-hoc projects.
Requirements	:	Recognized Degree or Diploma in any discipline. SPM Holders with relevant experience can be considered. Possess the passion for sales and marketing. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply. Excellent persuasion skills. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Able to cope well under pressure and a target driven person. Must be goal oriented and a strong team player. Able to communicate in English and Malay. Ability to speak in Mandarin or any other 3rd language will be an added advantage. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. 1-year contracts awarded to successful candidates, conversion to full time employment based on performance.
